Sort jewellery by type
If possible, separate gold, silver, coins and costume jewellery. If you are not sure what the item is, bring it anyway and we will check it.
Bring documents if you have them
Certificates, original boxes, receipts or old appraisals can help, especially with diamonds, branded jewellery and coins. They are not required.
Do not repair damaged pieces
Broken chains, single earrings and damaged rings can still be sold. Repairing them before valuation is usually unnecessary.
Photos are useful for first contact
If you want an initial orientation, send photos through the form. The final offer is always made after in-person testing and weighing.
